Allison Hrovat, PC,
MEd Allison is a Licensed Professional Counselor and works with adults seeking individual and group therapeutic services. She is a graduate of Ohio University, where she earned her Masters Degree in Community Counseling, and is also a graduate of Boston College, where she earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In her work Allison uses a client-centered approach to create a safe place that supports each client’s personal healing process. Kirsti Kretzschmar-Mouncey, LISW, LCDC IIIClinical Director, Trauma & Addictions Specialist Kirsti is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University where she earned her Masters Degree in Social Work. Besides being the Clinical Director, Kirsti is providing individual and group therapy to adult survivors (starting age 16) who struggle with trauma and some form(s) of addictions such as alcohol, drugs, food or sex. Kirsti has been a part of the anti-violence movement in various forms for over ten years. Her work experience includes people with mental illness, mental retardation, people with various forms of addictions, people affected by poverty, homelessness and domestic violence. She is a part of the Cleveland Trauma and Addictions Collaborative to help heal the impact of trauma that impedes individuals’ recovery from addiction and trauma on a city wide level. L. Claire Campbell, MA, PC, AT Child and Family Therapeutic Services Coordinator Claire currently serves as
the Child and Family Therapeutic Services Coordinator and is a
graduate of Ursuline College. Claire is both an Art
Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. She has extensive
experience working with children and family systems in a variety
of settings spanning over 12 years. Her clinical experience
includes working with trauma, end of life and bereavement
issues, as well as prevention, health, and wellness focused
therapy. Claire uses a client centered approach and relies on
the expressive arts to provide trauma informed care. Claire
works with children age 3 through 8th grade and family systems
providing both individual and group therapeutic services. Claire
leads the Creative Health Series and coordinates clinical
programming for Camp Create, an annual children’s therapeutic

Stefanie Workman, MA, ATR-BCYoung Adult Art Therapy Coordinator Stefanie earned her MA in Art Therapy at Ursuline College, and is registered and board-certified by the American Art Therapy Association. She has been employed as an art therapist since 1999. Stefanie previously worked with individuals and groups of all ages in a homeless shelter, a hospice, a hospital psychiatric unit, and in schools. She has experience using art therapy to address a wide range of issues: sexual abuse, bereavement, grief and loss, physical and developmental disabilities, domestic violence, substance abuse, and diagnoses such as Post-Traumatic Stress, Attention Deficit, Autistic Spectrum, Bipolar, and Depression. Stefanie believes in using a client-centered approach, tailoring the therapy to address the unique needs of each individual. She has been with the CRCC since 2001, providing individual and group therapy for survivors in grades 9 – 12, facilitating an adult women’s support group, and coordinating the “Girls Kick Butt!” Empowerment Conference.
