About the Above Video
Each year the Ohio Attorney General’s Office selects 3 awardees for the Promising Practices Award, an honor bestowed upon social service agencies that provide both outstanding and innovative services to crime victims.  In 2007, the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s Trauma and Addictions Program was a recipient of this award (see video).

About Two Days in May
The Two Days in May victim assistance conference is a yearly event sponsored by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. This year the conference is being held on Monday, May 12th thru Tuesday, May 13th at the John S. Knight Center in Akron, Ohio.

The Two Days in May conference provides victims’ advocates, social workers, police, prosecutors, judges, and anyone else interested in victims’ rights with an incredible opportunity to learn new ideas, share information and experiences, and network with other professionals.
