Featuring Keynote Speaker, Miss World 1998: Linor Abargil

Please join us in celebration of Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s (CRCC) 35 years of service to the Greater Cleveland Community!

Linor Abargil of Israel was brutally attacked and raped six weeks before being crowned Miss World 1998.  As keynote speaker, she will share her story and her efforts to produce an international documentary that gives rape survivors from all over the world a voice against sexual violence.

"Choir 35,” a group of community leaders and elected officials, also will lend their voices to sing out against sexual assault and provide a preview of the 2010 “Sing Out! for Cleveland Rape Crisis Center!”

CRCC is dedicated to serving survivors of sexual violence and those who support them with free comprehensive healing and advocacy services, and to creating social change in the community through education, training, and activism.  CRCC continues to be the only local agency specifically focused on reducing the incidences of sexual violence.  Last year alone, staff and volunteers reached more than 14,000 residents of our community.

CRCC has numerous corporate sponsorship opportunities available. For more information, click here.

We look forward to seeing you on September 9, 2009!
