Date: February 2, 2012
Time: 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Location: The Tasting Room at GLBC, 2516 Market Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44113
Help us kick off National Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Month with a special happy hour event! CRCC is partnering with Domestic Violence & Child Advocacy Center and Jewish Family Service Association of Cleveland for this fundraiser which benefits The Tina Project.
The Tina Project™ is named in honor of Tina Croucher who, at age 18, was murdered by her boyfriend on December 21, 1992. Seventeen years later on December 28, 2009 Governor Ted Strickland signed into law Ohio House Bill 19. The Tina Croucher Act requires all schools in the state of Ohio to address dating violence prevention through education and policy.
Help promote healthy teen relationships by purchasing a $25 ticket which includes:
- Appetizers
- A drink of your choice
- A ticket for a chance to win one of our door prizes
Throughout happy hour you can purchase 50/50 raffle tickets. The kick-off will conclude with the 50/50 drawing.
Tickets to this event must be purchased in advance. Click here to purchase tickets or call Molly at 216.688.7230.
